Worst administration in the world. I have been trying to get a quotation for a booking for3 weeks. I even drove there and they reserved the date for me in the system. I asked for a quotation so that I can pay but they did not send for two weeks. They kept saying they will send shortly whenever i called or whatsapped. Eventually they sent but the booking was wrong. I asked for a rectification, which they did after 2 days. A few hours after sending the quote, they then said the dates are no longer available. I reached out without success to get an explanation given that i had spoken to then on numerous occassions to make sure we reserve the date. The delay was on their end but they just do not care. The facilities are decent but their administration and customer service is beyond unprofessional. May groups from my organization usually use them but I will make sure we stop.
