My family and I spent 2 nights in Jan 2023 and once before in March 2021. I could write an entire essay about this Villa and I probably would not do it justice. The Villa is a 5 star rated self-catering venue with a butler service and no expense was spared in developing it. Even though it is opulent, luxurious and aesthetically pleasing, it’s a home away from home and one can quickly settle in and relax with stunning views of the Crystal Lagoon. Staying here, you have everything available to you – fireplaces inside & out, private pool, jacuzzi, the very best SMEG appliances, TVs in all 4 rooms and not to mention the games and poker room with pool table. A special shout out to the team that services the Villa – Nkululeko, Bongani and Dineo, these 3 incredible people ensured that our stay was comfortable, relaxed and they took care of our every need with a smile on their faces. A fantastic stay and I cannot wait for the next one!

All employees were so welcoming and friendly, we felt at home. Thumbs up to Sabelo, he was very sweet and very helpful. The room was very neat and clean, towels, bedding, everything in the room was clean.

I love the place it’s so neat and I like the staff service it’s great But not happy with the restaurant they never had beer since Friday we ended up leaving the Blyde to look for places to get alcohol We talked to one manager who was so so so rude (the colored like guy) he doesn’t know how to talk to customers,we asked our waiter to get him for us he got to the table with “yesas how can I help you guys“ like really?….that’s so wrong,we asked him to get us straws he said “there’s nothing that he can do” I was so disappointed with that a big restaurant didn’t have a mere STRAW hawuu guys no! Unacceptable!!!

Everything from the time we arrived till the time we left was up to exceptional standards. Extremely clean, well maintained and beautiful atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating with special mention to my man Enos at the front desk. 100% recommend for a lovely getaway.
