I dn’t even kno where to start – suffice to say, i literally despised my experience @metro lifestyle in Centurion!! The start to my week-long nightmare ???? ???? ???? !!!! Don’t even bother complaining to senior management- everything is concealed under the guise of *Demanding & Difficult Clients* I am terribly appalled by the lack of professionalism, due diligence & lack of quality at this establishment! Never thought I’d experience so much anxiety over damaged furniture, incredibly *no quality control* over orders dispatched to clients or the seemingly careless mindset of after sales service ! Once you deposit your hard-earned cash to them – you’re just another after thought! Manny Pergraas & Kareem are definitely NOT the individuals to go to if you need anything ????….. They promise everything and do nothing to make your experience a better one! I can only hope Naseema & Zunaid follow up on this issue as the final loss to an establishment is the death knell of its patrons! I also want to send a huge thumbs-up to @Prenesh_Mathanlal @LP_Gas_Services for the sterling work he delivered- he went out of his way to sort out my gas cylinder- organized a beautiful marbled finished box and my installation- all this and more with a lovely demeanor !!! Guys, support him❤️ we need more of this service in South Africa ???????????? Many thanks, you are so appreciated!
