Q If the trading hours are from 6h to 23h, why is it that we are faced with closed doors at 06:44. We planed our schedule and stops for the day as we are traveling from far. Please update your trading hour so as to prevent giving people the wrong info.

Unfortunately since covid rules were so strict, McDonald's only opens at 7am even if It says 24/7. And the website says 'open'.

Food was great, but they did not have chicken patties or hash browns… They agreed to giving us chips instead of hash browns. And the play area was closed… So the boys was a bit disappointed

I ordered and paid for a Hazelnut latte just for them to tell me that they don’t have it, I can get the cheaper coffee for the same price. When I asked for a refund they could/ would not refund my money! This establishment won’t see me again!

I’m so disappointed with the service I received today at the drive-thru. The lady confirmed my order before I proceeded for payment then I had to wait for 10mins to pay because the cashier was having a conversation with 2 other waiters without a care in the world. When I picked up my food, a meal that I was charged for and paid for was not there. When I questioned them, I got a disrespectful response from the manager. I will never go to this McDonald’s again
