Anton and Marina make you feel at home. Incredible setting, peaceful, can get there with a normal car. Give it try, it’ll be worth it.

This is a true gem to unwind at and enjoy nature. Anton makes your stay super comfortable. Great variety of accommodation too. Boma braai & stars was a highlight after swimming while watching animals. Bliss

VERY DISAPPOINTING – FELT LIKE POOR VALUE FOR MONEY.
We paid R1425 for one night and expected better.
The following were specific shortcomings:
– no electrical sockets near the bed,
– only one bedside table for a double bed,
– no lampshade on the one working table lamp, which had to be pugged in 4m away from the bed,
– the ceiling lights could only be operated from over by the front door,
– the ceiling fans could only be operated from the Distribution Board,
– one of the showers wasn’t working properly, delivering scalding water before cutting off altogether on three attempts at using it,
– the bathroom taps were loose and didn’t have cold water,
– the power socket shared by the kettle, fridge and microwave worked intermittently,
– there were four spiders in the shower,
– there were no headboards for any bed,
– there were insufficient pillows,
– one set of blinds could not be lowered for the last 30cm; this was the window being illuminated by car headlights from other guests.
The were a few positives, such as a cheerful welcoming host, a pleasant outside braai area, a firm and comfortable bed, clean towels, a pleasant garden area.
