The place looks so beautiful… The staff is so professional and kind, especially Portia she was so welcoming and interacts well with the guests. Thank you to everyone who works there.. Had and amazing time.

We visited last week for my birthday. It was not as relaxing as I thought it would be, as the walls are so thin that we heart the people next to us using the bathroom and laughing loudly😐. There was also regularly a strange sound (perhaps a generator or the pipes?) that gave me a fright. The hot tubs did not work (they did not tell us before our stay even though we spoke about using it during our stay). The rooms also did not look like the pictures at all. However, the room was still clean and neat. I was however, super impressed with the service received from all the staff, as well as the delicious food. The shoulder massage was also one of the best I’ve ever had. Will I visit again? Yes. Perhaps I’ll just sleep over somewhere else.

The hiking trail was phenomenal. I booked their 55min sport massage and it was dissapointing ☹️. Despite telling the therapist numerous times that she must put pressure, it felt like she was just applying lotion in my body. Excellent service from the lady who works in the restaurant and her daughter Mpumi. They were amazing!!
