I requested for multiple photos of different sizes to be printed, and I paid over 1,000rand. I was in a rush when I collected the prints so I trusted that they would be ok… half of the photos were printed with a horrid yellow ink that made the pictures look like they were from the 70s. Many photos were cropped in the most terrible way, and one large picture wasn’t even printed at all. I emailed and they never responded. I called to request they review my email and get back to me, which they never did. Terrible quality – very unexpected as they are linked to ‘Kodak’ reputation.

Asked for some photos to be printed, when we collected the photos, we saw that they took it upon themselves to do THE WORST editing possible. They changed the brightness on the photo. Again, there was NOTHING wrong with the pictures given. When we asked them for a redo because we did not ask for it, they simply said “No”. If they redo it, we should pay the amount again, even though they didn’t even ask permission to tamper with our photo’s. All of the picture look yellow like it was done on 2005 Paint.

Had a t-shirt printed . Sent the design in all the possible options they may need , A3 size ,which I thought would be big enough, I also added a sample of what I was aiming to achieve. They didn’t use the options I gave them and apparently didn’t even look at the sample. Ended up with maybe A5 size jigglypuff that looks like she smoked dagga. Thank you for wasting my money.
