I jave ordered food through Uber Eats almost an hour ago. Its been saying picking up order for the last 30 minutes. He does not answer. The number for KFC CASTLE GATE IS NOT WORKING. WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE A WEBSITE IF NO CONTACT NUMBER IS WORKING. I am so frustrated EVERYTIME WE ORDER FROM KFC SOME ITEMS ARE NOT THERE AND they NEVER GIVE SALT!!!! You just dont give a ……!!!!

This KFC is extremely busy and I have to give praise to the staff who seems capable of managing it all. They are friendly and helpful. The food is good to boot.

What a disappointing meal, I do get its new years and no one wants to work. But really the food was cold, horrible doesn’t even start to describe this experience. My burger had little to no sauce. My chicken was fried to death and beyond dry. My fries 🍟 was ice cold. The nuggets was 7days old and under cooked the wrap had little to nothing in the wrap. When we got the order they didn’t give me my burger with it. Also the cold drink we ordered wasn’t with the order we needed to go back and ask for it. This is normally a regular thing we eat with KFC so it’s not that we don’t know how it could be.
There’s another 3 clients that came back and complained and got the wrong order(missing fries & pops)
This is really very sad!
