I prefer supporting small businesses and I’m always satisfied but unfortunately this time I did not have a good experience. I tried to sort out the issue with the owner before posting this review but to no avail. In fact he blocked me. He was not interested in solving the issue. I engaged with the business as far back as July and was merely strung along. I enquired about the process to place an order and was told that he would build the item the following week and I should come and view it. After confirming he was busy with drawings and thereafter that the panels were being cut, two months of enquiries led to no result. I decided to cancel the order. Now, after all this time, he states that he does not have a formal order and he is very busy. We are all busy. Unfortunately, if this is the manner in which this business is operating, it may not be so busy for long…
