High mileage resulted in injuries during my marathon training. Gino took time to understand my running history , assess how I run and perform a body assessment to establish weaknesses. He developed a program that was structured for my challenges. I went from being unable to run painfree for more than 5kms to completing my first marathon . Thanks Gino

I have been with Gino since April post a meniscus repair surgery. He is truly exceptional and the difference in my ability and confidence is notable. He is highly professional, patient and encouraging; with programs that are easy to understand but highly effective. I would absolutely recommend that you contact him to walk with you through your journey to full recovery.

Gino has been assisting our son in preparing him for tennis tournaments over the last 12 months. His approach has always been very professional, thorough and caring. Definitely a great benefit to have such a knowledgeable person to your disposal.

Son was battling with lower back pain, visited the doc, and even went for MRI scan. Muscle relaxants and anti inflammatories never worked. Problem persisted. Was then referred to Gino, what an impressive, professional young gentleman and expert in his field. He immediately identified the problem and sorted it in no time with exercise programs for the son. Problem has not returned and all is going well. Thank you Gino, you’re a STAR.
