The sales I can rate them 3 ???? they work as a team and their communication is 100%. Here is the problem, the lady on finance department what a headache, and hidden costs applies. Actually I don’t know if it’s how they make money or what by selling unnecessary things without asking if you need them or not. They end up charging you unnecessary R20K and if you says you don’t want some of the things they tell you they don’t have time to call the bank they are late. I wanted to trade in my car and we made a deal of that they are buying my car with R300k and when I have to sign the deal it was R280k and everything was hidden until I use the finance calculator cause I actually use it when I buy a cars. And their sales manager just came and tell me how my car was a scrap while my car is on 27kilos and their’s still new on 21kilos. Why are this guys selling tracking device and smash and grap on a car that is already installed with such, and charge tyre and rim protection without a customers concern just imagine.What a disappointment with the manager and the finance lady. Guy’s if you buy from Haval menlyn don’t be over excited they’ll knock you. What a bad service, I actually rating you guys 0 * it’s just that it doesn’t appear. But your service is very disappointing and I don’t know were else can I rate your bad service except hello peter. If I was a owner I was gonna fire everyone and start with new staff.

Very disappointing and poor sales service from Haval Menlyn. We wanted to purchase a vehicle from Haval Menlyn . After 1 week from doing the application. We received no feedback of any sorts from the sales person on the application done. When we contacted the sales person to found out why it’s taking so long. He only elaborated on how busy their F&I was and he wasn’t really friendly to assist. After another week he still did not have the decency to contact us. This is the first dealer ship we ever dealt with that seems not to want to help customers.
