I just booked at Graceland Conference & Lifestyle. Yes staff friendly but service pathetic. We waited for 1¹½ hr for food. Management doesn’t respect guests. How can you, on Friday have 1 person working? Book in people and serve those that arrived early? Graceland Conference and Lifestyle must do a serious introspection. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Never.

The pictures online are misleading the place is not to standard with the pictures displayed onkine, the pool is dirty and not up to standard and also not enough staff. The only thing we are happy about is Chef Lucky’s service and food. The massage therapists also did a great job though the hot tub was cold and it took too long to heat so we had to leave.

Staff friendly, rooms they are clean but the public toilets not clean at all and outside the building not clean only the garden is up to date , spa it was worse ever , they reused the towel, pillow cover was tidy with makeup, gown it was worse didnt even touch it, amd the jacuzzi and breakfast it was very nice please do something about your spa and they must be on time no excuses if you booked on time but it was worse spa ever , the view very nice as well as the pool. Only thing u need to do is to improve spa and clean outside toilet that’s all.
