Great weekend – great service by excellent staff, especially the chef on duty who is such a friendly and helpful person with a bubbly personality! The only issue with the rooms was that the tap in the basin was a problem as the fine spray filter causes the water to pierce the basin so fiercely that it sprays all over you!

Terrible service and confused staff. Bathroom was not clean with hair all over the place. We could not even eat our breakfast because one staff member told us the breakfast stops at 11am on our arrival. When we go there this morning at 10:10am they were closed already !

Had a cup of coffee whilst waiting for the Springboks to come past. In spite of just being there for about an hour or so the staff still went out of their way with happy hearts to help us. People staying here will be welcomed in and will enjoy their stay, based on our experience with the people working in the hotel, in particular the security guys in the parking lot..super helpful and friendly.

The stands had coffee mugs stains, clearly not thoroughly cleaned. The mirror had bits of hair and stains and the bin looks like it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. The bathtub looks like a cut and a few bacterial infections waiting to happen. The two points are only because the chef was friendly.

Anthony I am not happy. I travel alot and to get to hotel and it is so hot …. aircone does not work properly and no water. I asked for hotel apparently southern sun doesn’t give water but I come now from a 3 star in George that gives water. I stood for a long time at reception to be assisted shouting calling not a person in sight eventually two came out… I will see if I can change my booking to go somewhere else because I am not stating here for 4 nights. Hatfield Garden Court is terrible
