Booked a trip to USA with Dineo from flight centre The Grove. All went well until we landed in Nashville and wanted to collect our rental. Rental company couldnt pick up our booking. Booking number nowhere on the booking confirmation from flight centre even tbough I asked Dineo if all was on the forms. She confirmed all was on the forms. I on arrival in Nashville had to make a new booking and pay anotjer R35000 directly to them. After 3 weeks requestion a refund I get no responce from flight centre. Dineo doesnt answer her calls. The Grove flight centre direct number says It is outside working hours however it is now Monday 13:18. How can this be outside working hours.
