Uprofessional
This was a really disappointing experience. Ordered online. They accepted the order and about 30 minutes later told me they couldn’t deliver to me. I told them to then cancel it. Then for the next 30 minutes received calls from the delivery man having to go on and off about how the manager said he can’t deliver but now should deliver. The calls continued after I told them to stop and just bordered on harrassment at that point.
It was handled extremely poorly on managements part. Making the driver be the middle man.
