If you are looking for pathetic customer service this is the place to go. We came looking for tiles and other products to do over our bathroom and tile the entire house. Not one sales person approach us. We were not even greeted. We took pictures of products we like and went home to make decisions. We return in the afternoon only to find the customer service still pathetic. The sales people are standing around talking and playing with each other. I had to go look for a salesman who is prepared to help. It seems as if they don’t need any money. This place is the worst.
