When we received our order there where items missing. We informed the Manager on duty and we had to collect the missing item. We submitted a Google review not expecting much to come from it. This happened on 01/09/2023.
To our surprise the owner himself went the extra mile. He contacted us personally ( on 04/09/2023) and attended to the compliant. This is a first and we are very impressed.

I love the food and love the service, I can’t comment on the atmosphere because I’ve only ever used the drive thru, but even then they do excellent work. Chicken licken is by any means my favourite chicken restaurant, my only complaint is that it’s extremely expensive for chicken, that’s the only reason that’s keeping me from going more.

Went through the drive through yesterday and the guy taking our orders was so friendly and helpful, he helped us put combos together. Was such a great service. Keep it up guys.
