Terrible service. I called the Woodlands branch to check if they had stock of an item and the lady just placed me on hold. I had to end the call and dial them back just to get an answer. Very disappointed with your service. The owner should ensure that all staff are well trained in customer service.

I find them very unhelpful. I’m looking for an item. They sold me the wrong one assuring me it’s the right one even after I told them it’s not. Then say the right item is not available anywhere. Doesn’t find out if and when it will be in stock again, just, sorry good buy.

Phoned then to enquire about the Heritage Vellies and the lady that picked up said its not their range. It must be another brand shop that stocks it. No product knowledge and very bad sending you to opposition. Did not even refer me to the web page to see if I can locate a branch that does. Thank goodness for a very helpful guy at the East Rand Mall branch
