Had an issue at the beginning, however it was resolved in a professional manner. The Aftersales Team Leader Pearl, Vincent, the Workshop Specialist and Derrick were excellent. They honestly went above and beyond what was expected. Im grateful to them for resolving the issue and assisting me. While its important review bad service, its also important to inform the public where great service was given

I am appalled at the lack of assistance at BMW Menlyn except for the friendly help we received from the Services Reception Josephine, who understood what the term emergency means. She went out of her way to find us (3 ladies) another dealer that would be able to assist to get us home. We need to drive 250km and they basically said they are fully booked. Not considering the emergency situation. Thank you for your help Josephine it is appreciated Getting a reply from the owner saying more info could be left by contacting them on an e-mail or website is ridiculous What happened to the bay that was specifically designed to help “walk in emergency” customers? The damage was done. Service not received. Ladies left stranded but for your services Receptionist Josephine. Not interested to make further contact with BMW Menlyn who clearly DO NOT CARE

If you are traveling out of town and your car gives you this error message: Engine fault. Have the problem checked by the nearest MINI service. Unfortunately Menlyn was our nearest garage. DO NOT GO TO BMW Menlyn. They chose not to help three stranded woman traveling alone, after we called made a appointment to come in first thing in the morning and had the mechanic barely look at the engine, then claimed to be fully booked in an emergency and after explaining we just wanted to know if the car was safe to travel back home in another province, by claiming to be fully booked. Not nice!

A recall repair was required for my BMW. The first attempt some 6 weeks ago didn’t end well (wrong part) and no subsequent communications were sent by BMW Menlyn. Upon phoning a week ago I discovered the part had been delivered and was lying at BMW Menlyn for some time. The vehicle was again booked in, and to be fair, this time the process was flawless on all fronts including the courtesy vehicle which transported me to, and from, my home. Hopefully BMW Legacy group learns from these examples of inadequate management of customers’ vehicle servicing
