I’m sad to say our experience was plain sad. My fiancé and and myself were shopping for a wedding venue. We arrived at your gates, relaying to your security “Wilson” why we were there. He abruptly said the venue was full and couldn’t accommodate us, not even knowing when we were planning the event or any other information. This is not good for your business

Great ambiance and spectacular views. Food was just okay. The service at the restaurant was below par and the restaurant was not even packed so no excuses. The ladies need to up their game. I will still like to come back as a sleep over guest. Hoping it will live up to expectations but the dining experience was just average.

The restaurant is beautiful, the scenery? To die for. Went there for an anniversary date and it’s such a romantic place and the atmosphere has such good energy. The service was pretty good. We ordered steaks and they were made to perfection. Had an underwhelming mojito, but their Caipirinha and Apogee cocktails were quite impressive. Cocktail menu is missing a lot of standard cocktails and a bit limited.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property is absolutely stunning, the service is impeccable and the food is excellent. We were hosted as a team and there was no request that was not honoured with the utmost professionalism and care. Thank you to everyone who was involved in our stay, we were pampered and treated like royalty.
