The room was spacious and clean. There were regular power outages in the area, three times a day for a total of six hours, and air conditioning was unavailable at the hotel during this time. The temperature outside was 36 degrees. I used a fan to relieve the heat, and I woke up from the heat during the night when power outage. I travel abroad for about 3 months a year, but this was the first hotel in my life where air conditioning was not available during a power outage. I requested cancellation of 1 night out of 2 nights and a refund, but it was denied.
