BECAREFUL OF GETTING ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY!!
Terrible after sales experience. I purchased 2 x gravity irons. After just 2-3 months of usage the steam button fell off on both irons. Apparently this is not covered under the 6 months warranty and we were blatantly accused of misusing the equipment. Irons were collected which took them over 2 weeks to provide feedback after me constantly nagging them for feedback. At the end of the day I still had a bill to pay as they refused to take accountability for the faulty equipment sold to me and other stores of which was verified they also purchased from Ahmed’s.

After just 2 months of usage they should have done a proper assessment and replaced the faulty irons or not have charged for the repairs since it’s still under warranty.
I was dealing with Nazeer the whole time whose not very helpful and couldn’t even explain what’s covered under the warranty. Muneer called me on the day of delivery informing me they had mixed up my irons with another store. After emphasising to him several times that my irons were still new and in a really good condition please don’t send me the wrong ones. Muneer further spoke to me in a threatening tone to remove my google review from his page. When asked him to investigate the service I received and read all the messages he responded he will not do that and cut the call on me. To my surprise I received irons that did not belong to me. It was another customers irons that BLEW UP AND LOOKED TERRIBLE . It was then collected advising that my irons were delivered to another store. The ffg day another 2 irons were delivered to me. I once again told them it’s not my irons and showed them photos and videos of the terrible irons they sent to me with old hose pipes that were so discoloured, burnt, broken and had tape around it. Nazeer proudly said when we send them the irons they don’t open and look at it, they just send it to the supplier so he doesn’t know what my irons looked like when they arrived. They don’t want to take accountability for losing my irons but telling me now that I mixed up the irons. Does that even make sense as the customer who gave them the irons to repair. So how can we mix up the irons. I asked them to at least provide me with new hose pipes since we can’t use the junk irons they sent to me. Nazeer said he thinks it’s unfair on them but will send me one hose pipe. Yet they don’t think it’s unfair to the customer whose new irons were given to someone else and sent me junk irons with broken pipes. I paid for repairs for someone else to benefit from my 2 month old irons. I called other suppliers who offers a 1 yr warranty and this type of fault would have been covered at no cost to the customer. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIES AND THEY ARE THIEVES. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. ONCE THE SALE IS DONE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER, YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM!!!
