I experienced an extremely bad service with poor communication skills from both the manger and the receptionist. Dropping off their client who booked through booking platform with a proof that booking was done and fully paid but they continue to lie to the guest, denied to check him in, claiming that there are fully booked. Spent 30 minutes in the cold for him to be check inn after a long flight. Two ladies ( Cynthia and her colleague) working there must consider getting a training otherwise their service is extremely bad, and not recommended.
