If I could give negative stars I would. Worst service I have ever experienced period! Walked in and stood around because no one wanted to assist, eventually locked eyes with Nthabiseng a lady who works there. Rudest client service I ever experienced her greeting was “I’m fine, what do you want” after I greeted and asked how she is. She was reluctant to help me. I explained that I am there for an upgrade and answered all here condescending toned questions. When it was my turn in the queue she assisted. When going to her we spoke about what I wanted and she so rudely said”you are here for a new contract not an upgrade don’t say upgrade” then I said “no I am here for an upgrade” then she says “you told me it was a new contract no you saying upgrade” in such a demeaning manner. Which was incorrect I even filled the application form selecting the upgrade option. Eventually I matched her energy, and she then gossiped about me in her language not knowing I fully understand what she was saying to her colleagues. She then complained that my bank statement needed a password to her colleagues??? All bank statements need a password? At this point I matched her energy and she so conveniently asked another colleague to help me knowing how she treated me. Her colleague Puleng was better but still had an attitude I don’t know for what. At one point she just pushed the card machine at me without telling me what I need to pay for? We waited in silence staring at the card machine until I had to ask what this is for. Very disappointed, worst service I have ever received going anywhere in SA. Staff are so condescending and rude. Won’t be going there again and someone needs to train them on customer service you would expect it to be logic to be polite to a customer I guess not in this iStore. No wonder their reviews are down the toilet. Do better you are a world class brand….. pathetic service
