Dear owner please fire your manager Goege or take him for an induction course in customer service or review his managerial qualifications because this man is used to managing things not people. he is incompetent, doesn’t know how to talk to your customers, he treats your staff like they are nothing or as if they are working in his garden.A friendly advice as a member of this community, take time and have a sit down with your staff one by one and just listen to them and ask them how this man is running you business.
