The staff need to be trained how to set up rooms when bookings are confirmed. Two people booked, one set of towels are set out. Coffee and milk should be set out at the coffee station. Fans should be in the room. We were supplied with everything on request, but it would have been so much better if it was in place. The receptionist should go on an accounting course to recon payments to bookings. Besides no hot water on day two to shower, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful in rectifying “issues”.
