Midstream College

Midstream College is a parallel medium (with instruction in either Afrikaans or English) private school with a Christian ethos situated in the south of Centurion. The high school opened its doors in 2007, and our first grade 12s wrote the IEB final exam in 2009.

The Midstream schools provide a well-rounded educational experience with a wide variety of extra-curricular activities, including international exchange programmes and an adventure club.

Academics at Midstream College

Midstream College is 19 years old, just like our matrics who wrote their Independent Examinations Board (IEB) exams in 2025.

• 231 learners achieved 972 distinctions (an average of 4.2 distinctions per learner).
• 100% tertiary admission, with a 99.6% Bachelor's degree admission rate.
• The Class of 2025 achieved a 79.4% overall average.
• 49 learners obtained 7 A's or more.
• 120 learners achieved an A average.

Sports at Midstream College

The high school facilities include an athletics track, rugby fields, cricket pitches, two swimming pools (one indoor), two hockey astros, netball, tennis and squash courts, as well as a well-equipped gymnasium. Competition is against all the top performing schools, e.g.

• Swimming: A-league inter-high champions since 2024;
• Athletics: A-bond inter-high 4th overall in 2024 and 2025;
• Rugby: Noordvaal Section 1 (Bowl);
• Hockey: Noordvaal A girls and boys;
• Netball: Jubilee B-league;
• Cricket: Finsbury and Titans B-league.

Midstream College offers all the mainstream sporting codes, and our learners
