The club and service personnel is great, not the same can be said of sales and management. If have been a member since inception and still you are required to pay a joining fee every year. Even is you pay every year upfront. Unfortunately this club is not loyal to members.

Why are your cleaners sweeping our feet while we are getting ready for work?? No so happy about the lady. She couldn’t even say “excuse me” she just did her thing and carried on as if it’s normal

Overall experience is always nice. I do however feel that there is a massive need for a few simple additions in terms of equipment. Trainers are always nice and friendly. Been here for years now.

Pretty decent place, all essentials are available for training any program you’re in, staff is very helpful and friendly.
