Feel sorry for the owner/investor of this Nando’s . My Husband and I were standing in the Steers queue and I insisted we go to Nando’s . We stood in the queue for what felt like an eternity….the sad thing there were only two people in front of us. At a point my husband said let’s just leave he clearly felt something was off with the management. We patiently waited our turn reception was really slow . I had to repeat the order three times . We waited for our food very long again! When order came it was wrong and cold . Completely disorganised and badly run. Still recovering from the old rice taste in my mouth . They are loving the microwave there🥴
