Changing my review from a 1 to a 5 after the stunning Customer CARE I received from Tiaan.
Not only did he personally deliver some burgers to my house after giving me a call, but he also made sure to put my mind at ease for future orders.
I had some repeated issues with the delivery App and the Spur customer care raised my frustration level rather than calming it, but such true sympathy and will to correct and improve cannot be overlooked. 👏🏼
