Food was good but the service was not. Very slow waiters, when you ask for something you need to ask 3-4 times and different people. Servers that are not for your section just search for the other person instead assisting the guest. All staff looks very confused and like they are all beginners.

I have no words???? Apparently it used to be good so something has changed. They didn’t have most of the dishes on their menu. They use students to serve, which is fine but at least train them! This kid came to our table and said ‘HI GUYS’ in the most disrespectful way. They didn’t have dessert. Vegetables were over cooked and they bought wrong order TWICE!

Not a place I would ever go back to. I booked through Quicket for an Italian Food Experience, and what an experience it was. Not a single waiter came to offer me a table, never mind food. When I asked for food the waiter looked at me like I was mad, but every table around mine was being served. The pasta was so undercooked I was basically chewing on warm dough. And the pizza was so oily I could have filled up the bottle of oil again. Not even the hostess cared enough to apologize when I complained. Honestly, I wasted my money. The tickets weren’t cheap. I could have made a better Italian food experience in my own kitchen for less. There is nothing positive to say about this place or my experience. It was a waste of my time. Please can someone contact me so that I can get my money back

There is nothing positive to say about this place or my experience. It was a waste of my time.
