Wine lovers can look forward to a weekend of tastings, gourmet food, live music, and winter warmth when Rooi Fijnwyn returns to Pretoria East on 27 and 28 June 2026.

Taking place at Shokran Events Venue, the popular wine and food market has become a favourite on Gauteng's winter events calendar, offering visitors the opportunity to sample wines from some of South Africa's leading producers while enjoying a relaxed festival atmosphere inspired by Cape wine culture.

This year's festival will showcase wines from more than 40 wine farms and boutique labels from across South Africa. While the event places a special focus on rich red wines suited to the winter season, guests will also find a variety of white wines, rosés, Méthode Cap Classiques, and other seasonal favourites available for tasting.
