Hedianga Monster Trail Run Returns to Pretoria This July

Hosted by Revolution Trails Events, the Hedianga Monster Trail Run takes place at Hedianga Farm Trails in Olympus, Pretoria, with routes suitable for beginners, families and experienced trail runners alike.

Participants can choose between 2km, 5km, 10km and 15km routes, with every entry including a marked route, water tables, a finisher's medal, venue entry, parking and Vitality points.

If you're after a relaxed family outing, the 2km and 5km routes are ideal. Looking for more of a challenge? The 10km and 15km routes feature technical terrain, steep climbs and rewarding views, making them perfect for experienced trail runners and walkers looking to push themselves.

A Morning Outdoors for the Whole Family

Registration opens from 06:30, with the official race start at 07:00. Participants can still register and begin their run or walk between 07:00 and 08:00 for the shorter distances.

One of the best parts? The event is pet friendly, so well-behaved four-legged companions are welcome to join the adventure. There will also be coffee, snacks and refreshments available throughout the morning, making it easy to relax after crossing the finish line.

Walking and hiking are welcome on all routes, provided participants finish before the 10:00 cut-off.
