Absa RUN YOUR CITY Tshwane 10K

Pretoria’s streets will come alive on Sunday, 23 August, when thousands of runners take part in the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Tshwane 10K. The popular road race brings running, music and entertainment together for a lively morning in the Jacaranda City.

Where: Stanza Bopape Street, Arcadia, Pretoria
Distance: 10km

The route takes runners past some of Tshwane’s iconic landmarks, with entertainment and performances from local performing arts groups and event partners adding to the atmosphere along the way.

Participants can expect a fully supported race, with two refreshment stations on the route, medical support, toilets and a tog bag drop-off service available on race day. Every finisher who completes the race within the cut-off also receives a finisher’s medal.

The event forms part of the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Series and is designed to be about more than simply getting from the start line to the finish. With local entertainers and performance groups lining the route, spectators and supporters can also get involved in the energetic race-day atmosphere.
