This year's festival, which will be held in the centre of Johannesburg in a brand-new location called The Galleria, promises a distinctive fusion of food, culture, and education.

Interesting Masterclasses
Engage with expert distillers and brand ambassadors in interactive sessions created to deepen your appreciation for whisky craftsmanship. Each night will be hosted by a different brand owner (17:30 – 18:30):

Amazing Tastings
Explore Whisky Live Festival's tasting hall, where you'll have the chance to sample, sip and taste limited-edition whiskies, including new releases, some available to the public for the first time in South Africa.
VIP Lounge
Sip in luxury at the VIP Lounge. Here, you will enjoy comfortable lounge seating, on-arrival snacks including biltong from Just Biltong, a delicious dinner rounding off the night with a cheese board, biscuits and chocolates from Nova Chocolate. There also a private bar with wine, champagne and soft drinks. The VIP Lounge is situated inside the Tasting Hall. Access also including 20 tasting tokens so you can explore a variety of whiskies throughout the night.

With more than 200 distinct whiskies, the festival is pleased to present South Africa's own whisky makers, showcasing the ingenuity and inventiveness influencing the country's spirits sector. A worldwide view of whisky trends and customs will be provided by the inclusion of international distilleries.
