Joy Yoga Centre’s Sun Salutation Marathon – Challenge a Chommie Fundraiser

Pretoria | Date: 21 June 2025 | Time: 06:00 – onwards

Donation-based entry: R108 per person (flexible participation options)

This year’s Sun Salutation Marathon at Joy Yoga Centre is more than just a yoga session—it’s an act of kindness. In honour of International Yoga Day, yogis are invited to take on the Surya Namaskar Challenge and help raise funds for Pigs ‘n’ Paws, a local animal sanctuary rescuing and rehabilitating pigs from neglect and abuse. You can participate by committing to 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, or 54 rounds of sun salutations, each with a yoga "chommie" to match your pace and cheer you on. Not feeling bendy? No problem—support the cause by donating R108 and soaking up the atmosphere of solidarity and strength.

This is yoga with heart—celebrating life, light, and animal love.
