At Johannesburg's well-known precinct, there is something for everyone to enjoy over the long weekend, including exciting games, a whimsical Easter egg hunt, delectable treats, and live entertainment. All the way from the Piazza to the Square, the distinctive urban design, interconnectivity, pedestrianized curved streets, and incredible buildings create an incredible atmosphere that makes for a pleasant stroll.
Egg-citement For The Little Ones
Little ones can enjoy the Magical Rainbow Easter Playground with Clamber Club on the Melrose Arch Piazza from April 18 to 21.
With features like obstacle courses, soft play areas, ball ponds, face painting, egg-and-spoon races, play dough, a coloring corner, and the opportunity to meet Jog the Frog, this play paradise is ideal for kids ages 1 to 10. To increase the excitement, spot prizes will be given away during the Easter weekend.
On Friday, Saturday, and Monday, admission is R70 per hour or R140 per child for unrestricted play. Special rates of R50 per hour or R100 for unlimited play are in effect on Easter Sunday.
A Magical Rainbow Easter Egg Hunt
Children can participate in the Magical Rainbow Easter Egg Hunt, presented by 947, in the Retail Galleria on Easter Sunday, April 20, from 12 to 4 p.m.
The glass canopy in this section of Melrose Arch guarantees that the bunny fun will go on rain or shine. This egg hunt is unlike any other, featuring a cast of charming characters such as talking caterpillars, pixies, Betty the Butterfly, bunny helpers, and magical fairies. Children's tickets cost R115, and registration is done on the Piazza.

Elegance, Exclusive Books, Green Busters, Nom Nom, Pret A Manger, Swirl Smashed & Rolled Ice Cream, The Body Shop, Volpes, and Walking Pad are just a few of the Melrose Arch businesses and brands that will be participating in the celebration and offering Easter discounts, treats, and surprises.
Popular stores like Aldo, Forever New, Carol Boyes, @Home, and Virgule will be open for business while families are there. However, customers are encouraged to check the Melrose Arch website for Easter trading hours.

Families can also take in the ambience by dining outside at their favorite restaurants in Melrose Arch while taking in the Square's live entertainment.
On April 19 and 20, from 1 to 4 p.m., a traveling saxophonist will add to the beauty of this lively scene. Visitors can enjoy a variety of delectable local and international cuisines at the precinct's restaurants, such as Aduna Bistro, Mr George, Ocean Basket, Restaurante Parreirinha, Rodizio Grill, and Tapas.
With helpful security personnel stationed at various locations to assist with directions, navigating Melrose Arch couldn't be simpler. To make things even more convenient, parking is now ticketless through the Parket system.
