The CoLab Network and Howard Events are excited to announce A Swingin' Christmas, their upcoming show spectacular, which will take place at The Big Top Arena in Carnival City for ONE WEEKEND ONLY on Saturday, 14 December 2024 and Sunday, 15 December 2024. Get your tickets now because there will only be four opportunities for Johannesburg audiences to see the renowned 18-piece Johannesburg Big Band perform in this spectacular Christmas concert that features instantly recognizable holiday favourites and South African classics with a big band twist.
The Festive Lineup
This show promises to capture the magic of the season over the December long weekend, featuring an incredible lineup of special guests, including the internationally acclaimed Mzansi Youth Choir and South African legends Kurt Darren, Zwai Bala, Harry Sideropoulos, and Monique Steyn. Anticipate a vibrant blend of traditional big band sounds, swinging jazz, and joyous celebrations, all with a distinctively South African flair. Enjoy a joyous musical journey featuring timeless Christmas tunes made popular by Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, Boney M, Michael Buble, Mariah Carey, and many more contemporary artists.

The Show Details
A Swingin’ Christmas will be on stage at The Big Top Arena, Carnival City, for 4 performances only over ONE WEEKEND on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December 2024.
Performances are 12:00 and 16:00 on both days, making it the ideal way for you to bring your whole family for some festive fun (and with the Monday being a Public Holiday, there’s no better way to welcome in the Festive Season that weekend!)
Tickets range from R280 – R550 per person, and bookings are at Webtickets or at Pick ‘n Pay outlets. Discounts for groups of 10 or more, senior citizens, scholars under 12 and students apply.
