And giving you the opportunity to sing along once more, Mall of Africa will be hosting the Disney Magic, a musical spectacular that will be brought to life by the talented sounds of the Gauteng Philharmonic Orchestra. Get your tickets now before it's too late.

What Is It?

Disney fans can't mistake the upbeat sounds and catchy lyrics of famous songs from Disney’s most well-loved movies. And to give you a little trip down memory lane with a dash of nostalgia, the Gauteng Philharmonic Orchestra will be playing all-time favourite songs from Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, The Jungle Book, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Wizard of Oz, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mulan, Tarzan, Aladdin and many more.

Guests can sit back and enjoy an evening under the stars while listening to new and old favourites like Let It Go, Under The Sea, The Bare Necessities, Over The Rainbow, We’re Off To See The Wizard, Can You Feel The Love Tonight, A Whole New World and Strangers Like Me, among a host of other Disney classics brought to life by the Gauteng Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Gauteng Philharmonic Orchestra, which is based at Pretoria’s Brooklyn Theatre, began in 2014 and in just three short years has firmly established itself as a young symphony orchestra to be reckoned with. The orchestra is conducted by Paul van Zuilenberg, who will be joined by guest stars Marina Botha-Spies and Tinus Spies at Mall of Africa’s Disney Magic. With talent like this, there’s no doubt that guests at Mall of Africa’s Disney Magic are in for a treat!
